This week, my husband and I were traveling from the Kansas City area back to Central IL when our 2024 Equinox broke down just outside of Quincy. We were able to limp it in to town, finding the Shottenkirk dealership. I’m so thankful we found them!! Even though they were busy, Rick jumped right on it!! He got it in the shop right away! They were all extremely friendly and helpful in getting us back on the road in no time. Extremely grateful for their outstanding customer service!! Definitely a top notch dealership and service center!
