I was from a long distance and was able to do everything remotely. Emily G was the person who helped me and I think the car is in great shape as described. Lonnie the GM personally called me and walked me though the number on my trade which was a solid and fair number. Everyone was super nice the used car manager, GM, and sales person i worked with (Emily G).

The employees that woked with me were great. They worked hard to find for me, what I was looking for. They showed me options that fit my strict budget and within a month found for me the vehicle I was looking for. In my opinion, the internet team at Shottenkirk has a very good new car purchasing process. They responded to my initial internet inquiry promptly, in the manner that I requested, and answered the specific questions that I asked. Other dealers that I contacted via the internet had customer service people respond to try and set up appointments instead of answering my questions the way I asked them to. We trusted them that they would give us a good deal. They did not pressure us to buy something we didn't want. They spent allot of time with us while we were trying to come up with a car that would suit our needs. We will go back and deal with Gillon in the internet Department again when we want anything else.
